Theron is showing where the ocean is (just in case we forgot) and despite this marijuana-look of his, he is not specifically tired.

This is the path that leads down to the ocean again.

Chris, Theron, and I was always ahead of the tortoise-gang behind us, so we are currently waiting in the valley leading down to the beach.

Don't be fooled by some peoples clothing, this climate is nothing other than very cold.

This i a big ass ravine we had to climb in order to avoid drowning. Even though the trail was fairly well marked, some people decided to try anyway. As a result, there was a few wet boots.For the record, I was not one of them.

Theron is all by himself. He looks rather tired and bored, but he sure made the picture artistic.

We are close to the end of day 2 and this is the second major land stretch.

It's hard to show how steep and tall these moutains are, but it sure takes a while to climb them. And in some cases impossible.

Chris is quite a garbage collector. The wight of this rope covered baboo didn't seem to stop him from attaching it to his backpack.

This is the valley coming down to our camp. This was our final destination for day 2 and it's like becoming a smorgasbord for bears.

The human tortoises arrived like always much later than us, but atleast they made it.

This spider was munching on this grasshopper. Unfortunately, I scared him off and he withdrew a little bit. You can still see him though on the left.

Me, Theron, and Chris decided to climb the mountain when we were done setting up camp. Here is the veiw half way up.

A proof that I went up here with them.

It might look easy, but climbing up as alot easier than climbing down. This however is a rather flat strech.

Right before bed time, this creature floated into shore. It was a baby great white, but looked exactly like an adult. We had to get rid of this thing before the bears got the scent.

Fist picture of day 3. This day started great with sun and no wind at all and actually continued like that for the rest of the day.

This is the third major strech of land.
