Stopping for a milk break on the way to the camp ground
Belly full and all is well again
Checking the camp site out
Our "backyard". Here you can see parts of Lembert Dome
Mia and Diana out walking. To the left you can see the bear box where you are required to store all your food and other items that gives off a scent. Otherwise you might have a visitor at night.
After a few hours, it was time to test out the tent.
Part of the Tuolumne River
A little grove in the middle of Lembert Dome
Pine cones, rocks, sand, stick...you name it. Mia loved every piece of nature and spent most of her time exploring these elements.
We bought 2 sand chairs. These chairs were the perfect play ground.
Mia poking her head out of the tent
Different view of our camp site
First ever ride in the new backpack carrier
The girls posing with Lambert Dome in the background
My turn to pose with the backpack
Pine cones... turns out these make excellent toys and provided hours of fun for Mia
My favourite picture of the trip.
Mia was a bit reluctant to go home...
